Farnborough Airport has been voted Europe’s number one FBO (Fixed Base Operator) in the 2024 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey.

Simon Geere, CEO of Farnborough Airport, said: “Being recognised in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey for 17 years is immensely gratifying for us at Farnborough Airport.

“Our pursuit of excellence drives us, and this consistent honour reinforces our commitment to our customers’ needs.”

Farnborough Airport scored 9.63 in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, an annual ranking reflecting customer opinions of aviation ground services.

The accolade stems from the insights of executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, CEOs and other subscribers to Professional Pilot magazine, who are surveyed each year to determine the winning list.

The news comes after Farnborough Airport announced earlier this month that it retained its number one position in the Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey 2024, for the best FBO within Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

It also follows the announcement in November where Farnborough Airport won FBO of the Year at the Air Charter Association (ACA) Excellence Awards, which marked the ninth occasion that Farnborough Airport has been awarded this title and its third year in a row.

Geere added: “Our team at Farnborough Airport is sincerely grateful for the continued support and confidence shown in us. As we continue to strive for excellence, we are committed to enhancing our product and setting new standards in customer service and operational performance.

“This recognition as Europe’s number one FBO reflects the dedication of our staff and we extend our appreciation to all those who participated in the survey.”Subscribe to the FINN weekly newsletter
